Welcome to the Young Israel Shomrai Emunah (YISE) of Greater Washington's web site. YISE is the oldest and largest Orthodox synagogue located in suburban Washington, DC. Our two branches are located in the Kemp Mill and Forest Knoll neighborhoods of Silver Spring, MD.
